Jennifer seeks to provide practical, efficient and cost-effective means of resolving her clients legal matters, whether that be through negotiation, mediation or, ultimately, litigation.
Jennifer practices in all areas of civil litigation, but has a particular interest and experience in administrative, contractual, environmental, real property and tort-related disputes.
She graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology and Justice Studies from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology in 2007 and obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of British Columbia in 2013.
Jennifer completed her articles and practiced commercial litigation at a large national firm, namely Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP.
She has appeared in the British Columbia Supreme Court and the British Columbia Provincial Court, and has assisted senior counsel in matters before all levels of court in British Columbia.
