With more than two decades of legal experience, Kirsten Tiemann brings her recent and significant experience in the provision of Paralegal services to Lonsdale Law. Having previously worked with medium to large firms, Kirsten brings her experience in working with large civil litigation cases with a focus on insurance defence matters.
As a Paralegal who has quickly built a successful career path, Kirsten has now narrowed down her focus to family law matters including separation, divorce and child custody issues. Kirsten is being mentored by Leni Adriano of our office to become a designated Paralegal in family law. This will allow the firm to bring more cost effective options to our family law clients. As a designated Paralegal, Kirsten will be able to attend chambers applications on behalf of Ms. Adriano, thereby providing her services at her lower Paralegal rate.
Having previously organized several presentations for the insurance industry and having marketed them, Kirsten is pleased to be involved in the firm’s project initiating a program for Legal Clinic for refugees and the Arabic speaking community.
Kirsten graduated with a BA from the University of British Columbia with a major in psychology and Paralegal Diploma from Capilano University. She is currently in the process of completing her Bachelor of Legal Studies (Paralegal) at Capilano University.
When not working, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her two teenage sons and three dogs.
